■網路預約進場■
🎟️ ※預約資格：KKTIX購票者且購買【 hololive Meet Art Exhibition 2025 ~ Ina's Voyage in Taipei ~】門票且未退票者。
🚩啟售日～9/14 23:59 購買門票者，可於9/15 19:00後預約9/16場次至展期結束之所有時段。
🚩9/15 00:00～9/15 23:59購買門票者，可於9/16 12:00後預約9/16場次至展期結束之所有時段。
🚩9/16 00:00～ 9/16 23:59購買門票者，可於9/17 12:00後預約9/17場次至展期結束之所有時段。
以此類推，若遇國定假日前一天和假日購票者，則於隔週一開放預約。
🚩9/19 ～9/21 購買門票者，可於9/22 12:00後預約9/22場次至展期結束之所有時段。
⚠️9/26 00:00 之後之購票者無法使用預約系統。
⚠️每一預約時段前30分鐘截止預約，數量有限，預約滿額為止。
⚠️預約系統使用您手上入場券的票號進行預約，一張入場券僅限預約一個時段。

KKTIX網站購票/未取票者：可至KKTIX網頁登入會員後，左上角進入【我的票券】- 找到【 hololive Meet Art Exhibition 2025 ~ Ina's Voyage in Taipei ~】的【票券資料】- 點選票券的【票券資訊】 ，即可找到票號。
KKTIX網站購票/已取票者：票號於KKTIX實體票卷上。
⚠️進場當日請攜帶「實體票卷」與「預約電子票」(KKTIX APP內QR CODE動態碼，超過15秒則需刷新票券）進場，缺一則認定放棄進場資格。
⚠️預約報到逾時遲到者，資格將取消，並開放現場候補。
⚠️「票號」請妥善保存，若因自身行為不慎洩漏票號導致被他人盜用而無法預約，主辦單位與KKTIX不負擔任何賠償責任。
➠進場前請詳閱上述注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
➠主辦單位保有修改、變更或暫停之權利，如有未盡事宜，悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋辦理，並得隨時補充公告之。

📣 Reservation link opens on September 15, 2025 (Mon) at 12:00.
🎟️ Eligibility: Holders of 【hololive Meet Art Exhibition 2025 ~ Ina's Voyage in Taipei ~】 tickets purchased via KKTIX who have not requested a refund.
🚩 Tickets purchased from the opening date through September 14, 23:59: Eligible to reserve starting September 15 at 19:00, for sessions from September 16 through the end of the exhibition.
🚩 Tickets purchased on September 15 (00:00–23:59): Eligible to reserve starting September 16 at 12:00, for sessions from September 16 through the end of the exhibition.
🚩 Tickets purchased on September 16 (00:00–23:59): Eligible to reserve starting September 17 at 12:00, for sessions from September 17 through the end of the exhibition.
(And so on. For tickets purchased on the day before or during national holidays, reservations will open the following Monday.)
🚩 Tickets purchased between September 19–21: Eligible to reserve starting September 22 at 12:00, for sessions from September 22 through the end of the exhibition.
⚠️ Tickets purchased after September 26, 00:00 will not grant reservation eligibility to the holder.
⚠️ Reservations for each session close 30 minutes before the start time. Availability is limited and will close once fully booked.
※ How to Find Your Ticket Number:
KKTIX online purchase (ticket not collected): Log in to your KKTIX account → 【My Tickets】 → select 【hololive Meet Art Exhibition 2025 ~ Ina's Voyage in Taipei ~】 → 【Ticket Information】 to find your ticket number.
KKTIX online purchase (ticket collected): Ticket number is printed on the physical KKTIX ticket.
⚠️ Admission requires both your physical ticket and reservation e-ticket (QR Code in the KKTIX App; refresh if older than 15 seconds). Entry will be denied if either is missing.
⚠️ If you arrive late or miss your check-in time, your reservation will be canceled and released to on-site standby attendees.
⚠️ Keep your ticket number secure. The organizer and KKTIX are not responsible if loss, leakage, or misuse due to personal negligence prevents reservation.

➠ The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the event. Any matters not covered will follow the organizer’s rules and may be updated through further announcements.

- 本節目網站預約僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，預約前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行預約流程，建議可於會員"設定"中的"報名預填資料"先行存檔「姓名」和「手機」，可減少預約時間快速進行下一步。(進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我)
- 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
- 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。

本場活動使用動態QR Code，請勿將電子票券QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本QR Code 均無法有效使用。
■注意事項■
- 一旦確認預約，恕不接受換票、轉讓，如不克前往請協助取消
- 電子票券取消方式：
- 您可先登入會員後，點選首頁上方的「我的票券」，點選欲退票或取消活動的「報名資料」，在報名資料中點選「取消訂單」 即可 。
- 以上步驟完成並點選「送出並取消訂單」，電子票券退票自系統確認已銷毀票券後，方完成申請退票手續。
- 請注意：電子票券退票僅能整筆訂單取消，恕無法單張退票。
- 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
- 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code。
- 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
- 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
- 各場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
- 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!

■ Reservation Instructions ■
- Reservations are available only to members who have completed both mobile phone number and email verification. Please make sure to register as a member and finish the verification process before making a reservation. To speed up the process, you can save your name and mobile number in “Pre-Filled Registration Data” under “Settings,” allowing you to move quickly to the next step. - To ensure you receive your confirmation emails, we strongly recommend avoiding Yahoo or Hotmail accounts, as messages may be blocked, lost, or marked as spam.
- The “Order Confirmation Email” is for notification purposes only, and not receiving it does not necessarily mean your purchase failed. Please note that even if you receive a notice from your bank confirming payment authorization, your order is not valid unless payment is completed by the deadline. Expired or cancelled orders must be placed again. To confirm your purchase, log in to your account and check the “Orders” section. Only completed orders will display ticket details. If no ticket is shown, the purchase was unsuccessful and you will need to try again.

- A dynamic QR Code is required for entry. Screenshots or printed copies will not be accepted.
- The QR Code updates regularly, and any screenshot or printed copy will be invalid for entry.

Once a reservation is confirmed, tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation.
- How to Cancel an Electronic Ticket:
- Log in to your member account.
- Click “My Tickets” at the top of the homepage, select the event under “Registration Details.”, and click “Cancel Order.”
- Complete the process by selecting “Submit and Cancel Order.”
- Your cancellation will be finalized once the system confirms the ticket has been voided.
- Please note: Electronic ticket cancellations must be made for the entire order; individual tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Electronic tickets are not tied to a specific name. Please do not share or reveal your ticket QR Code, as it may allow others to enter in your place.
- For electronic ticket delivery, download the KKTIX app from the App Store or Google Play. Present the QR Code on your mobile device at the entrance.
- Entry regulations vary by venue. Ticket holders must comply with all venue rules. Late arrivals are subject to the venue’s entry policies.
