➠Each verified KKTIX account may register one order per show, with a maximum of two (2) tickets per order. However, each ID number is allowed to hold only one (1) ticket per show for entry. Duplicate registrations under the same ID will not be accepted.

➠ Residents must register using their full legal name (as shown on their national ID) and ID number. Non-residents must register using the name on their passport and passport number. All ticket holders are required to register with their legal names. On the day of the event, you must present both your physical ticket and a valid government-issued photo ID at the entrance. IDs will be checked to ensure the registered information matches. Entry will not be permitted without proper identification. Digital copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted. Entry will be denied if your ID does not match your registration.

➠The personal information you provide (name, email, phone number, ID number) will be used solely for entry verification purposes and managed only by the event organizer. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your data with any unauthorized third parties. To prevent scalping, all tickets are strictly non-transferable and issued under the registered attendee’s name. Lost, damaged, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

➠Dangerous items, including weapons, sharp objects, and explosive materials, are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with such items will be asked to leave immediately.

➠The venue does not offer storage or cloakroom services. Please bring only essential items, or use nearby locker facilities for larger belongings.

➠The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event. Matters not specifically addressed will be handled in accordance with the organizer’s rules and interpretations. ➠There will be no intermission during the performance. To minimize disruptions, late entry will not be permitted once the show begins.

➠Qualified ticket holders must follow the instructions and arrive on time. Latecomers will be considered as having forfeited their participation and will not be admitted.

➠Eating and drinking are not allowed during the event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.

➠Photography, video/audio recording, livestreaming, and the use of flashing lights are strictly prohibited. If discovered, staff have the right to immediately delete any recorded content.

➠All attendees must comply with rules set by the organizer and venue staff. Anyone disrupting the event may be asked to leave.

➠If an attendee violates event rules and refuses to follow staff instructions after multiple warnings, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove them from the event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Staff will be on-site to assist if needed.
➠若觀眾多次違反活動規範，並在多次勸導後仍未配合工作人員指示，主辦單位有權拒絕其入場或請其離場。為維護所有觀眾的觀賞品質，請務必保持尊重並遵守現場規範。現場將有工作人員提供協助。

退票說明
- 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以郵戳(已取票)或申請表(未取票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：
- 2025/12/22購買，退票截止日為2025/12/25 (含)，2025/12/26 (含)起的退票不再受理
- 2025/12/26購買，退票截止日為2025/12/29 (含)，2025/12/30 (含)起的退票不再受理
- 2025/12/28購買，退票截止日為2025/12/31 (含)，2026/1/1 (含)起的退票不再受理
- 未取票者：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單
- 已取票者：退票皆需以郵寄方式退回票券，請將「票券」及「KKTIX退票申請書」以掛號方式郵寄至「KKTIX票務組收 / 105039 臺北體育場郵局第060號信箱」。

- According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”, tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:
- Tickets purchased on 2025/12/22 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/12/25. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/12/26 for refund will NOT be accepted.
- Tickets purchased on 2025/12/26 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/12/29. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/12/30 for refund will NOT be accepted.
- Tickets purchased on 2025/12/28 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/12/31. Tickets mailed out on and after 2026/1/1 for refund will NOT be accepted.
In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.
注意事項
- 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
- 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
- 一人一票、憑票及身分證入場，依場館規定身高110公分以下兒童，不得進入本活動之1樓搖滾區及3樓座位區，票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
- 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
- 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
- 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
- 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
- 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
- 『若節目因故取消、延期舉行或主要表演節目、表演藝人變動時，相關退票、退款之辦理方式將另行公告』
- 本活動提供信用卡刷卡購票，若本活動因故取消、延期舉行或主要表演節目、主要表演藝人變動，且消費者無法與主辦單位達成退款協議時，可向原信用卡發卡行申請信用卡爭議款退款。
- 本活動所蒐集之資料，包含姓名、手機、身分證字號等資訊，僅提供主辦單位做為活動現場核對身份及進一步使用於您所參加的活動，並不會做其他用途，亦不會將您的個人資料和活動資料提供給無關的第三方。
